La Maison

The house, dating from the nineteenth century and finely restored, so today it is a refined maison d’hotes. Here we are waiting to welcome you and assist you throughout your stay with courtesy and warmth.
The residence is divided into two floors: the ground floor there is a large lounge (elegantly furnished with original floor and wooden beams, the old central fireplace and antique furniture) a very equipped kitchen, a study, a bathroom with dressing room and above all you will enjoy the evocative atmosphere of a lovely “conservatory”, a coffee room, fully immersed in green surroundings.
Upstairs, which is accessed by both the garden from the lower floor via a wooden staircase, you will find a hall that leads to the suites.
The particularity of Podere Costa Romana is that the interior of the villa has not simple rooms but mini-apartments, as independent suites. Each room has a small living room with kitchenette, a table with chairs, a double bed and a loft with sofa and corner cabinet.
The suites each have a different identity and reveal the attention to detail and the aesthetic taste of the owner, who has carefully selected both the furniture and the furnishings. The fabrics have been chosen with care, were matched colors and selected pieces of antiques and local handicrafts.
